An extravagance or an insurance policy?
A few years ago the met’ office made a statement to the effect that due to global warming the South East of England was unlikely to see snow again – how wrong they were!

A snow blower offers an easy way of removing large quantities of snow from drive-ways and car parks before it becomes compacted, slippery and dangerous. Useful for home-owners with longer drives and turning areas and possibly essential for businesses with staff or customer car parks. We have recently supplied machines to a “stately home”, private hospital and a doctor’s surgery.

“Shovelling during winter temperatures poses unique health risks and may not be the best exercise of everyone. Each year, the combination of shovelling and typical winter temperatures causes an increase in the number of heart attacks, with heart attack deaths tripling among men 35 to 49 years old.”
